Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the Route 2 Uni platform. By creating an account or submitting an application through the platform, the partner organisation accepts these terms.
Partner obligations
Partners must provide accurate information, obtain student consent before submitting personal data, and comply with the recruitment regulations of both the source and destination country.
Account access
Accounts are issued to named individuals and may not be shared. Partners are responsible for managing access for their own staff and for revoking access when staff leave.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to submit fraudulent documentation, misrepresent a student's circumstances, or circumvent institutional admissions requirements. Breaches result in immediate suspension.
Commission and payment
Commission terms are agreed per institution and recorded in the platform. Route 2 Uni facilitates tracking and reconciliation; the underlying commercial agreement remains between partner and institution unless otherwise contracted.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, which is announced in advance and performed outside peak intake windows where possible.
Liability
The platform supports application processing but does not guarantee admission, visa outcomes or enrolment. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to account administrators. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
